Probably a stupid question

Hey ladies, I’ve been watching many videos on healthy eating and making homemade green juices, does anyone know weather they would be safe for my almost 15 month old, as he loves drinks and I feel it’s a good way for him to consume some more greens in his diet. Thank you 😊

I wouldn’t see why not. X

@Jordan thank you, I felt the same way but just wasn’t sure as usually these homemade juices/smoothies are labelled as detoxifying that’s why I was questioning it a bit x

Detoxifying is a myth. Your kidneys and liver (and some other organs) remove toxins from your body. Disclaimer: this is by no means a statement for or against giving green juices to small kids. I don't know anything about that.

Perfectly fine, both of my toddlers love berry smoothies, I use Greek yoghurt and frozen berry and banana, a dash of milk and that can become a popsicle too for hot days, or just when they ask for ice cream, I give these to them and they love it

Absolutely fine, go for it 🙂
