Baby way more into solids then milk

I've been introducing purees and solids to my baby since about 4.5 months old. He is not 5.5 months old and seems to be way less interested in breast feeding and all he wants is solids. I let him try the squeeze pouches that I make at home and now he just wants to be independent and feed himself the pouches. I'm worried he's not really getting enough milk anymore. Anyone else's baby just seem to not hardly care about milk?

Mine is the complete opposite. He seems to hate solids. Would you mind sharing how you make the puree? Or what fruits / veggies you're using? So far sweet potatoes and broccoli seems to make him very gassy

My LO is also SUPER interested in solids. She will stare you down across the room if she sees you eating 😂 She’s EBF- so, I started waiting about 3 hours between feeds. And this has helped her stay focused enough to eat a good amount of milk. Also, only offering one solid a day until 8/9 months. Remember- food before one is just for fun! I also started using a straw cup for the limited times my mom has had to feed her- maybe something like that would help too? Make milk fun again lol

@Marian I use an immersion blender to make my purees. The one he's eating in the photo is beets, pear, and kale with some breast milk. I really just give him anything I have in my fridge and make it veggie/fiber heavy. He really loves beans too so white bean with pumpkin and apple or pear is good. We've done some pureed meats too but he doesn't love those as much.
