Yup, used these before. Spray it then used the nozzle thing to unclog the nostrils. She didn’t like it- but definitely helped.

Poor baby. Our little girl got lots of colds at only a few months old and doctors always said saline spray/drops are the only real thing that can help when they're so little. I also find a drop or two of Albas oil on a muslin helps - although i'm not sure if albas oil is OK for babies that young. Otherwise, keep an eye out for her breathing - any rapid breathing or tugging in at the ribs/throat xx

saline is good. i would just make sure it doesn’t contain anything other than water & natural salt. what would also help is a nasal aspirator after the spray/drops. also, a humidifier with an oil diffuser. eucalyptus essential oil helps so much with stuffiness. be sure to use distilled water. & you could use a natural balm with a few added drops of eucalyptus & lavender oil as a chest rub. not sure if you have an air purifier, but those things are magical.

Saline spray is usually just salty water. Personally I already had my contact lens solution which is also saline so I used that, but yes that’s okay, it’s saline. Also get a diffuser where you can put baby Euky bear solution in and the eucalyptus/menthol it emits will help your baby breathe, we have it running all night when my baby is sick or can’t breathe
