No. If you look into it not all the alcohol cooks off.
Yes, I do. We only have one recipe that uses wine and I'm happy with the time and heat we cook it at and the quantity means they're not going to ingest very much of the alcohol anyway.
Yes but its really rare and we cook it even longer then recommended to be on the safe side.
Yep I always put some white or red wine in to deglaze the pan and give it some oomph. It’s only like 1/2 cup and I cook it off for like 5mins before adding stock etc.
