I’m 6-ish weeks. Idk if it hurts really or am i just being paranoid, part of it seems numb.. Still dont wanna cough/sneeze,
@Adriana hi! Do u exercise? And when did u start? Thanks
@Bridget Hey!! Yes I do. It took me around 5 months to stop feeling completely sore and to stop being in pain but I’ve only started recently to do workouts at home. My little boy kept me very busy and with very little sleep, I didn’t feel like tiring myself out even more 🤣
@Bridget I will say though that everyone is completely different , some feel ready at 15 weeks post op and some feel ready a lot later than that 🥰
Im 11months pp and i still get pain now and then and sometimes numbness
I’m 10 month pp and still get aches and pains from my scar area. Think if I overdo it physically sometimes it triggers it. I’ve also noticed if I get desperate for a wee the area starts to ache. From what I’ve heard it can take years to feel normal again unfortunately.
Yes that is normal. My boy is 1 and I feel like a twinge every now and then x
Dear me. 🫤😉 thank you guys! You all are doing amazing x I couldnt imagine mothers who manage to be pregnant in a year’s time after section, that’s quite tough
Could you try some light scar massage to see if it helps ?
I’m 10 months post c section and my scar still hurts every now and then 😅 x
