Pregnancy groups

Hello, I’m a reflexologist returning to work after maternity leave, I specialise in women’s health. Fertility / Pregnancy / Baby reflexology. I’m trying to think of marketing ideas to spread the word, and does anyone know of any local pregnancy meet up groups, that aren’t NCT based? Thanks in advance Charlotte - Bloom reflexology Ealing
