As above but also try and have nap if you can sleep through the pain. You need your rest to tackle active labour xx
it sounds like early labor potentially! do your best to relax, rest or do some things that make you feel good and happy :)
Update: So i went in today to get checked. My cervix isn't fully softened but baby's head is low in pelvis and am 1cm dilated! Going to try relaxing and getting as much sleep as I can.
I know it's really hard, but try to go out and about doing normal day to day stuff a bit of you can, go for a walk, have some a nice bath/shower, listen to your favourite music etc
