Anyone know if there's such thing as a winter festival?

Just the way pumpkin patches go all out for Halloween but for Christmas time. Not Xmas in the park, Enchanted or those drive thru xmas light shows... looking for a small town kind of feel.

My mind goes to Saratoga or to any places that have Christmas tree opening night lightings. But those tend to happen right after Thanksgiving. We also just love walking Willow glen homes at night to see all the decor.
