Advice 🩷

Hey all! So I’m 29 weeks pregnant and sooo uncomfortable and restless, I feel so tight everywhere, breathing can be quite difficult also and it really makes me panic, whatever I do I can’t get comfy, I sit at work but feel like I need to walk and then as soon as I walk I need to sit again 😅 I’m tossing and turning at night also! Just makes me feel so anxious and panicky when I can’t just settle, anyone else? 🥲

I’m exactly the same girl the only thing that seems to help is eating regularly but small amounts so you are never over full,if you haven’t already get a pregnancy pillow or sleep with a normal pillow between your legs on your left side xx

Yes! Feel like I’m the same! I can’t sleep on a nighttime and feel like I’m waffling to the toilet at the middle of the night because of my swollen feet, no advice really, just try rest when or if we can x

Same here! The only thing that helped me was to slow down my life. Do everything super slow and take rests inbetween. I also agreed with work to reduce my workload. I do the bare minimum and made peace with that. Since all these changes my mental state is so much better. The discomfort is not getting better but being mentally in a good state makes it easier to deal with the discomfort xx
