Things you wish you knew…

Hello! Currently pregnant with my first but it’s still quite early for me. Is there anything that you wish you knew sooner when you were pregnant? Please share! 😊

Just take it easy hun and do everything at your own pace, there is soo much information out there and it can feel overwhelming just do whatever your body its comfy with

moving can help in so many ways. Walking for example …doesn’t have to be fast, go at your own pace but keep its daily. Stretching also a great one to help with aches and pains. Wish you all the best some of my friends also did swimming but I found the entire thing such a faf lol but they all rave about it

@Alexandra walking definitely helps, I considered swimming but I know it’ll be so cold this time of year too on top of finding the time.
