Dinner ideas (un baby related)

Let me know if you want me to elaborate on how I make these, but these are my regulars: Simple Thai curry, cottage pie, Indian curry, spaghetti bolognese, creamy chicken and mushroom with rice, stir fry, pork spicy rice, chicken tortillas, tuna salad

On days where you want something that's not too time-consuming, you could do egg fried rice, veg/ chicken noodles, bagel pizzas, bangers and mashed potatoes etc. Alternatively, you could do chicken/ beef fajitas, lasagne, cajun wings with homemade sweet potato fries

I have a calendar on my fridge and every end of month me and hubby sit down and decide on dinners for the month! I'll cook extra which allows lunch too Every weekend we do a grocery shop for the week and because I already know what we're having it makes it so much easier to shop and also not to overspend! Mondays is pasta night (pink sauce, bolognese, boscaiola, prawn pasta, etc) Tuesday is Mexican (chicken/mince variety of nachos, tacos and burritos) Wednesdays is meat (steak/steak sandwiches, cheeseburgers, ribs, etc) Thursdays is chicken (chicken burgers, bao buns, schnitzel, chicken soup etc) Fridays is usually a type of cuisine (butter chicken, pizzas, etc) And weekends we just do easy frozen things like dumplings or leftovers! We also have sides like mash, potato bake, salad, corn, roasted veggies etc with most of these meals too! I also freeze pasta sauces already made for Mondays so it's such an easy meal, as well as steak, I'll freeze schnitzel, cheeseburger patties etc
