Yes my daughter 😶🌫️
Well my daughter only eats pasta, fish and lentil curry! No vegetables or fruits at all which is worrying me and she used to eat everything too
My 2 yr old is the same. His only protein is cottage cheese, yogurt, and cheese sticks. Besides that it’s all crackers and cookies. The occasional piece of watermelon or apple. I’m not super worried about it but would take suggestions on expanding his palate too 😊
Start letting him sit on your lap and eat from your plate. Just an idea if you’re looking for one. Also canned green beans and soy beans might be something to try. We let our son have his own seat at the table with his own plate but we also let him sit on our laps and eat from our plates. Sometimes we just have one plate with all the food to share. I hope this helps and good luck.
Mini grazing plates… it’s what helped with my 2yo. He used to eat everything too, but started becoming more picky. I just started putting one of his “safe foods” and a couple other things ex: cheese, bread, a fruit , or veg. On the side and just left it out for about an hour or so.. No expectation and no watching him eat or telling him to try stuff. It was just there. after he ate his fav. Food he eventually started eating the other items. He’s still picky but no where near as bad as it was getting.
Girl my daughter literally lives off milk baked ruffles, orange cuties and the toddler little biscuits I really wish she would eat more food idk what to do either
