Getting spark back

Everyone’s journey is different. My daughter is turning 5 in the next 3 months and I’d honestly say it’s only now I’m feeling more like my old self as she’s older now and independent. Plus me and her dad co-parent so I still get that break to do things for me etc. your time will come! For now soak up being a mummy, I’d do anything for my little girl to be little again!

Every woman is different, plus I think it massively depends on how much support you get from your husband/partner! My baby is only 7 months so definitely not yet, but my other kids are 14 and 10 and it definitely took me a few years!
