Nausea in the first trimester

I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and have had constant nausea since 5 weeks in. I've bought every home remedy under the sun! It seems to ease it a little bit but I'm worried about going back to work soon. Please tell me this doesn't last too long 😢 has anyone had any positive experiences with Cyclizine? I was prescribed this today for as and when I need.

Yes it was very good for me but I was feeling the same as you because I had UTI’s

Thank you! I think I’ll take my first dose. Can't stand feeling this way, especially once I'm back to work😅

I was on Cyclizine in my first and in this pregnancy. Wouldn't have coped without it!!

I’ve had cyclizene for years for pregnancy and other health issues causing nausea. It works a dream, try and take it when you start to feel nausea coming on rather than waiting until you feel crazy sick xx

@Jprc @Kayleigh Thank you both! That's really helpful to hear! This is my first pregnancy so it’s all new to me xx

Cyclizine was the only thing that worked for me. If you've got it, take it xx

Thank you @HL! I've taken my first dose this evening so hopefully, I’ll be a bit more functional xx

I was the same, it eased off a lot at 8 weeks

@Becca That’s good to hear! Hoping mine will too 🙌 x

It was a beautiful gift has helped me so much !

I feel you, I’m 8 weeks and suffering terrible. I am on Cyclizine it does help, the mornings are the worst as soon as I get up I’m sick. Eat regular and don’t let your stomach get empty. Hope you feel better.

Poor thing, it's so hard! And sometimes home remedies don't work for everyone. I didn't have a good experience with cyclizine for my first pregnancy, but I have been taking prochlpromide which has been helping heaps!
