When did you start enjoying being a mom

I'm one of those people who do not like the newborn stage. We are just now getting out of the fourth trimester and it's getting easier, although I would still not say it's particularly enjoyable. When did you start enjoying being a mom? Immediately? X week/ X months?

I enjoyed it all at certain moments I didn’t enjoy it but looking back I did if that makes sense. When babies start developing more I think that’s the best first roll, sitting up, giggles, eating Al that kinda thing. Try to enjoy every moment even if it is harder because you’ll never get that time back with baby xx

I would say I really started to enjoy it around 6months x it’s so tough . Even some days now I don’t enjoy it fully

I’ve been enjoying 12m+ with exception of toddler meltdowns/nagging/destruction. It’s nice that he can follow me around instead of needing to be carried. I’m excited for the day I don’t need a stroller everywhere I go anymore.

Immediately for me but we got lucky and our girl doesn’t cry much and sleeps fairly well. She’s nearly 12 weeks now. I can imagine it not being so sunshine and rainbows if this wasn’t the case.. Breastfeeding helped immensely with bonding for me as well

Motherhood is the hood ok lol you appreciate the good during those hard days. I love the point when they start to get more independent but still small enough to want to cuddle with personally
