Iām right there with you! Itās a scary thing but just remember you can do this!
Iām an anxious person but have really tried with meditation tapes, positive birth stories, inc podcasts and positive affirmations!! and they seem to have helped. Re meditation itāll work more on your subconscious so may not necessarily feel like it is helping but have heard it does! Other than that Iāve been trying to organise bits around the house to make it calm and peaceful in the days leading up to birth and do things I enjoy and try not to stress out in general but sometimes thatās easier said than done I know! I got ptsd from my first labour it ended up in emergency c section i was also induced and hated it. This time round ive just asked for a c section purely because i dont like the anticipation and i simply cannot handle contraction pains
