Self-Care

There are so many ways to navigate recovery especially in motherhood. Take the time to schedule some self-care. Substance abuse/Use can feel chaotic even when you’re sober. Schedule in some time to take care of yourself. The only way I get through the chaos is by pouring into my cup so I can pour into others like my daughter and husband. What will you do for yourself in the next week?

not sure if it counts in the same kind of way, but I'm starting Zoloft today. I was supposed to start a couple of weeks ago, but I'm anxious about it 😅
