Dr note for STD

Hi there, my doctor wrote a note for me as I’m 33 weeks pregnant and so that I can get off work stating STD. I’m just not able to guess one word that she has written. I need to know because I have to write my statement to the insurance company as well. Can someone guess what it says? It’s not diabetes because I don’t have that but if someone can read what she has written it would be very helpful. It says severe fatigue, the next word I can’t read.

Shoot it’s so hard to read I’m sorry! I think the first three letters are: dia blank k blank s i? Or in pregnancy I hate when they do this. So hard to read

That’s what my guess is as well. Just want to make sure. One letter reads as k, so that’s why I was confused

Oh, weird. And, sorry, I re-read your post that says you don't have diabetes. Maybe your doctor got mixed up. I would try to call the doctors office and ask for clarification. I'm glad you are getting time off to take the best care of you and your baby 💝
