What’s on my scan picture?

I have a sch and idk if that’s what this is? I havnt had a bleed since 11 weeks but at my last nhs scan (16 weeks) they said it had stopped growing but wasn’t getting any smaller It was a private gender scan so not what they were looking for. can’t see it as much on the rest of the pics but I’m referring to the sorta white circle above his belly
