Baby swimming session

Hello! Does anyone know if you can swim with a baby as a drop in at any of the pools in York? I know you can pay for baby lessons in hydropools etc but wasn't sure if there was a pool at a temperature suitable for babies that allowed you to go in the water with your little one aside from this? Just want to introduce my baby to the pool ahead of starting lessons. Thanks!

Monks x you can and it’s usually a reasonable temperature! Cute little splash area too!

We've found that Energise is the warmest, can just book online on a family swim slot in the small pool. We've tried Monks cross and Sports Village too. Both are reasonable with good facilities but definitely feel Energise is the warmest and their baby change rooms are good too🥰 just need to remember to get a token for lockers as you go in!
