What do we need for nursery?

Oh hey! I think we used to go to islip Manor together 6 months ago? He will be going to busy bees sudbury Hill 😊 kind of the other direction but we liked it.
A puddle suit is a must for the garden - make sure it’s actually waterproof as lots aren’t especially the supermarket cheaper ones! We’re asked to provide 1 change of clothes but every nursery is different! Layers are key imo - nurseries tend to be quite warm so layer baby so they can take a layer off/ put back on easily. Only send in clothes you’re happy to get destroyed 😂 we have nursery clothes and home clothes. Supermarket/ primark leggings and top sets and jumpers are great. They should give you a list of what they’ll require! Label absolutely everything - we get random items of clothing that aren’t labelled in our son’s bag all the time! We got a medium backpack from my first years which is the perfect size - if you need more than 1 change of clothes it would be too small though x

I brought my little one quite a big rucksack bag because you just never know! I usually put 3x change of outfits, including vests, socks etc A puddle suit for the garden 2x bottles (just in case she’s being extra hard work for bed they can give cows milk) Sometimes her own drinks bottle even though they supply their own at my nursery but she chops and changes which one she likes every week! Dummy Sleep bag Coat Jumpers Hat scarf gloves etc (May seem overboard but like I said, you don’t know when you may need the extra bits!) I only buy cheap multipack clothes from tescos or somewhere as they grow so quick and get ruined! My saving grace has also been sticker labels, I got mine from Amazon and label EVERYTHING! I thought I was being OTT but I even had to label the dummy with one of those sticky labels because of a dummy mix up a few months ago! X
I’m in Northolt too ! Where is ur little one going ? A all in one is a must, makes it easy for outdoor adventure ! I always pack 2 full change . Usually not needed but there if needed ! Nursery provides a bag for us ! I don’t send him in nice stuff - ordered a lot of second hand trousers and jumpers from Vinted! So it’s all dirt/ paint proof !
