Pressure
Hey, quick question about pressure in hips, lower abdomen and all areas beneath)
I was in triage last night for 8 hours with pains, sickness, cramping, headaches and a really high heart rate (about 30bpm over the normal)
they sent me home this morning with no explaination at all, but the pressure and pains are still there and i’m not sure what to do now as i can’t help but feel like maybe i’m dilating but they never bothered to check… i’m worried as i am 33 weeks , so early labour is not ideal right now…

@Alexa i’m UK, so we are midwife led. i have been trying to contact her since 13th December and no reply, so this is no different… ☹️

I’d call triage again
Those symptoms and pains aren’t usually a sign of early labour. It could be something else, they would just randomly check you for pre term labour unless you presented other symptoms. Like leaking fluid, contractions etc etc.
@Wayne for context i was in with contractions 23rd December so was the second time x
Right ok that makes sense, go back and be seen if you feel things aren’t ok.
