I did and it was written on the test is accurate at 99,99% ! It is much more accurate than the scan.
It’s more than 99% accurate if you did an official test through your doctor or midwife (meaning some of the diy ones online are less accurate). There is always a chance of a mistake somewhere, but they are literally looking at DNA, so I think you should be fine with gender reveal :) Plus an US is up to human interpretation and human error. Good luck!
I trust a blood test more than an ultrasound because chromosomes don’t lie and you can’t hide that. But often times babies in the womb can hide their parts and it may look like a vagina and it really a penis etc…
We did blood test and had the gender reveal after those results came in. Definitely was accurate!
Very accurate
Blood test said girl and I have a little girl. Same with my sister
It depends. The NIPT one from your OB is accurate. Ones like sneak peak can lead to false results due to male contamination and cause a false male result sometimes.
As long as it’s the NIPT test and not sneak peek it’s more accurate then the 20w ultrasound :$
Very accurate for me as well
Yes it’s more accurate than the scan at 20 weeks and seeing the gender through the ultrasound.
I have two kids and pregnant with number three it’s been completely accurate with my first two. And I just found out the gender for this one through the blood test so I’m hoping it’s still as accurate as my previous experience!! Definitely are safe to throw a gender reveal
If it is the NIPT done by an actual doctor , nearly 100 percent accurate. It's very rare for it to be wrong as It is quite literally reading your blood for their DNA.
All were accurate for me but there are people who get the wrong result bc it’s 99% accurate.
