Weight gain

Anyone else really annoyed at not being able to eat healthy and exercise 😓 this is my second pregnancy and I gained over two stone with my first and it’s taken nearly two years ( he’s now 3) to get back to where I’d like to be. I promised myself on my second pregnancy I would eat healthy and keep up my running ( normally run 2-3 times per week) But so far all I can stomach is beige food, pasta, bread, cereal ect! Trying to remember I’m growing a tiny human and it’s okay but feeling very bloated and just meh. Don’t get me wrong I’m so so grateful to be on this journey again but just feeling really down about myself . ( 7 weeks tomorrow) xx

Never read something more similar. I lost 100lbs running, after having my daughter who is now 3. Worked so hard to be healthy. With this pregnancy, I too thought I would continue to eat healthy but the cravings are usually very carby or I just feel so hungry all the time. Hate to see myself putting weight on again especially so early (7weeks). I just have to remind myself whatever happens, this is for my baby I’m growing. I would hate to under eat and feel like the baby isn’t getting enough. When our babies come, it may be hard and take a lot of work to loose it all again. But so worth it to have a happy healthy baby. Will seem silly thinking back in ten years with a rocking body 💪. Hang in there mama. Try to get your nutrients but don’t feel bad for listening to your body. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy and baby! ❤️

I feel the same. I am 11 weeks tomorrow and I already am showing with my 2nd. Only my husband knows I'm pregnant so it's not fun trying to hide my stomach from people 🤣 I just think we are growing babies we can't help eating when we need too as my pregnancy hunger this time round has been surreal. Only seems to have calmed down a bit this week

Yes! This last year I had lost 13kg and worked so hard. Now I have no energy and just feel sick all the time with the need to snack to be able to function 🥲🥲 I'm nearly 9 weeks so hopefully by 12 weeks we wills start feeling more normal!
