Ran out of vapour plug ins

I use Olbas oil on a muslin cloth tied to the cot. Use from 3 months plus. Worked a treat

Boil the kettle, fill a mug and add a tea spoon of Vicks. This helps me even as an adult! Obviously keep it absolutely out of reach, but as close as possible without any risk.
