Eating dates for labour

Is anyone eating dates to help with labour. How many are you having a day? I'm 37 weeks and already had enough of them 😂

I've heard 6 a day is the right number so I'm having 6 after dinner as my dessert

Fill with peanut butter and drizzle in dark chocolate- taste like snickers, much more tolerable!

I put a bit of peanut butter in mines and drizzle in chocolate and I could eat then for every meal lol 6-8 is recommended though 😂

I have them in the morning with yoghurt and some berries. Aiming for 6 a day as well.

If you get the big Medjool dates then I think you only need to eat 3 a day

In all honesty, I love that you’re doing this! I definitely tried all the potions and lotions etc But one thing I definitely learnt, no matter that you eat / drink / bounce on a ball / twisty nipple, i dont know there’s some science behind that, but if baby wants to cook baby will cook 😂 I just don’t want you to get your hopes up, girl I tried EVERYTHING for the longest time and I was still 0cm when I was past my due date 😂
