My little one loves pasta, and potatoes - find heās better at eating vegetables if they are mixed in to the sauce rather than on the side - also slow cooking meat seems to be a good way to get him to eat that
Ours likes this but thereās loads of recipes on the website too https://www.nhs.uk/start-for-life/baby/recipes-and-meal-ideas/creamy-lentil-and-broccoli-pasta/

My little one loves Cottage pie Curry (even with some spice) Pasta dishes She eats what we eat, Baby led from the start. So I just portion up her some of our meals. Currently just because it works for us she will eat before us so the night before whatever we have eaten i will portion her some up and heat it through the following day. This way she's always got a meal and I don't have to think of separate things to cook. When she gets a bit older and routines change we will eat all together and I always try and do our roast at the weekend and we will eta all together. I always feel I have to justify that we eat separate Currently šš¤£. Lunches tend to be quick picky lunches, sandwiches, eggs.
