Have you looked into care.com I have found some great nannying and babysitting jobs on there before having my boys. They do background checks and stuff like that. I highly recommend it

i was about to recommend that same website^^ havent used it yet but i created an account just for backup in case i need someone to take care of my toddler while i give birth! i see many good nannies listed there.
