I’m the exact same at the moment, just plain dry food. I’ve found toast, dry salty crackers and Pringles are the only thing that I can eat and not feel sick after. The thought of eating turns my stomach :( xx
Its a survival stage at this point for us - anything we can eat is fine in the first trimester i heard 🥲
I had a few weeks of only eating toast in my last pregnancy. All bloods etc were fine and no harm to little one! Love some toast 😋
