Unsure 12dpo

Hello everyone, I have had light brown spotting on 10dpo and 11dpo, with a few cramps. Still cramps now, sore breasts, a headache etc. Took a pregnancy test today and unfortunately it was negative. Could this be accurate?

When is your period due? Implantation can happen later in which case you could potentially get a later positive. You’re not out yet 🤞🏻

My period would be due on Sunday, that would be 14 days post a positive ovulation test
