My little girl goes to twiggys nursey in sutton hill. Amazing nursery, we don’t pay as we get the working parent funding hours xx

@Becky we get the 15 hours but because we spread it across the whole year rather than term time we pay £20 a day I think it is instead of £65+ a day xx

@Annie oh that’s really good! I have childcare arranged already for 2 days of the week. I currently work part time but want to go full time but because I’ve got childcare for 2 days, I’d only need 3 days of childcare. So essentially I’d only be paying for 1 and a bit days of the week wouldn’t I? Xx

@Becky Hey yeah it is! so she did 3 days at 5 hours per day, only in term time tho, it doesn’t cover school holidays etc, that’s where you’d have to pay. now she’s 3 she gets 30 hours a week. if you and your partner work over 16 hours each it’s definitely worth applying for your code! xxx

Depending what area you’re looking at, we use Childrensworld just outside Newport. My little one goes 3 days a week 7:30-6PM and with the funded hours & tax-free it costs £458 per month. I have childcare for the other 2 days as I work full time 🙂
