@Victoria i told them during my interview because the manager said she loved kids so i felt safe telling her but ever since around christmas she’s been very distant with me and giving me less hours and now im just not getting put on the schedule even if i reach out to her
@Chloe if you pull the pregnancy law thing to the company. You can either sue or be kept at work. to just “let go” of a person Without a reason, who is to believe it’s not because of your pregnancy? That’s only if you want to go that route. I’ve never done it and I don’t know anyone who has either. I just know there are laws in place for situations like that.
I’d talk to a lawyer if you can
Was it a job you been working there for at least a year already? They also need to give a reason and then you can fight it depending on what it is. You can apply for benefits like wic to help with getting ingredients to cook
