Baby low down - any tips

Anyone else’s baby dropped? Any tips on how to cope with this discomfort? I’m 37+1 and baby is so low. I’m getting really bad back pain. I need to wee constantly but then nothings coming out (not a urine infection). BH’s have become really intense that it stops me in my tracks. Period like pain in the evenings. The lightening pain is something else. Absolutely no sign of any plug/bloody show or waters etc. Never had any of this with my first (he was 10 days overdue) I’ve got a section in under 2 weeks and wondering how I’m going to manage this time as I’ve got a very active 3 year old. The more active I am the worse it gets!

No advice but feeling exactly the same at 37+3, keep hoping that the back pain will end up being labour brewing but I think it’s probably just discomfort from the baby’s head as it’s been like this a few days now

@Kira 😭😭 so uncomfortable isn’t it, I never had this with my first. He didn’t want to come out 🤣🤣 yeah I was worried last night with my back pain and period type pain but I honestly think babies just pressing down on nerves 😭 xx

Could have written this myself! Also feels like I need a hip replacement 🫨. The only thing that helps very slightly is sitting on my ball and swaying, and just standing up/moving very slowly. I have a 16 month old who wants to be picked up a lot and I think that's making the BH worse too 🫣. I have mild relief after going for a wee but it only lasts like ten mins 🥲. I don't really have much other advice than you aren't alone x
