hpv positive & boarderline changes

2 years ago, on my routine pap test, i tested positive for HPV. I was seen for another test 1 year later and again tested positive. Plus, this time, cell changes had changed to borderline! It left me (still am),extremely worried as I'm just been left to be re tested again in 1 year time! My worry is (being borderline with cell changes) . What are the chances of this reverting back to normal by itself if it had already changed from normal to boarderline? I'm convinced things like this carry on developing, and I'm convinced I'm being left for things to get worse. I am a single parent to 3, so despite being told not to worry by friends, family, and g.p, I can't really help but worry. I am 38 years old, and since testing positive for hpv 2 years ago. I'm having 2 or 3 periods a month despite taking the pill. I was wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and everything referred back by itself, and all was OK?
