High chair refusal

My LB used to be an amazing eater. Since he’s started walking recently he refuses to sit and eat in his high chair and instead I have to follow him around for him to take bites of his food / take pieces of his food. Is anyone else going through this - how can I solve this? I’ve tried not giving in but he literally tries to climb out his chair and refuses to eat so I’ve given in.

I did charlotte Stirling reeds course with my son and it really reminded me how chill to try and keep the environment and low pressure. It’s stressful though lol so I just try. Has
