Stretch Mark Oil

Hi girlies, as I’m starting to get a bump (15w +2) I’m thinking about starting to oil the bump, what brand does everyone use? 🥰

Your bump is beautiful! I’ve been using bio oil. I’ve also used it on some of my other scars and they are starting to fade so I’m hoping it helps with stretch marks. It has 4.7 stars on amazon with 50 thousand reviews.

My last pregnancy I used Palmers cocoa butter (the one advertised with a pregnant belly on it) in the mornings, and a Lush lavender moisture bar in the evenings before bed, and I didn't get a single stretch mark. However I've been told that it's genetic and you'll either get them or you won't 🤷‍♀️. I'm going to do the same again this time anyway ☺️

Bio oil is really good

I had really deep and dark stretch marks with little girl and the only thing that calmed them down and has actually reduced their appearance massively was bio oil each morning and evening! Especially after a hot shower when your skins still wet xx

I’ve been using Mamma Mio oils and moisturisers, they absorb into the skin really nicely! 😊

Mamma Mio Tummy Rub is what I’m using after all the reviews I’ve read and reccommendations from friends!

I used bio oil and palmers stretch mark lotion religiously 3 years ago on my first pregnancy and I have stretch marks from my calves to above my belly button. They were originally purple but faded to silver within a year but the looseness of the skin still remains. I’m getting a tummy tuck after this pregnancy but to prevent any more (as I was devastated), apparently the best thing is hyaluronic acid, sealed with a squalene oil :) xx

Bio oil x

Mamma mio is what I used last time and don’t have any stretch marks from number 1. I’ll use the same again I think

@Athalia check the ingredients on the App Yuka. It's actually not 'bio' at all 😬

I’ve been using the palmers tummy butter, palmers massage lotion and the aveeno body oil spray x

Curl Bible Glowry Belly Oil! I got zero stretch marks on my belly and doused myself in this stuff

Palmers tummy butter. Bought 2 tubs on amazon. Didnt use so much and only got stretch marks on my hips were i was too lazy to add butter. My own darn fault. Advise, put on upper legs, tummy, hips to your lower back in mornings and evenings.

Hi :) I’ve been using hyaluronic acid and a moisturiser with ceramides in over the top - heard from a couple of dermatologists this was more effective for preventing stretch marks.

Thank you for all these suggestions 🥰
