Maybe pregnant after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage on Christmas Eve at 7 weeks, we started trying again once I stopped bleeding I know they advise you to start trying after your period due to dating the pregnancy. I’ve just done a pregnancy test and there’s a faint positive but I’ve no idea how long I am due to not having my period since November. What would you do?

Did you get a negative test first? You have to get a negative test first to make sure all the pregnancy has passed, I would call my Dr to get a blood test and they can verify if this is a new or old pregnancy

@Olivia yes I test two weeks after miscarriage and got a negative test

I also got pregnant straight after mc without a period. Do you have any idea on your ovulation dates? That’s how I worked mine out and I was only a day out! 13 weeks tomorrow after a mc on 18th October 2024. Good luck and hoping it all works out for you xx

I had this but I really didn’t know how far along I was until they scanned me, I had a rough guess but turned out I was wrong by two weeks🤣 I’d phone your nearest pregnancy unit and ask their advice! X

It could be. I had a MMC in early December of 2023. Everything finally happened in late January 2024. I now have twins that were born at the end of October 2024. I never got another period after looing that baby before getting pregnant with my girls
