@Hannah I got the Frida strips and also don't know when to start 🤣
@Ewa I've seen reviews tonight where people used after their dressing was taken off! i wanted to make sure my wound was closed properly firs, so will try tomorrow x
@Hannah use the frida strips once your scar has fully healed. I looked at the packet and they’re for post healing treatment
I found just gently wash with warm soapy water and ensure you blot area dry gently to ensure there’s no moisture left around the scar. Try and do this daily x
@Tasmin don't use soap if wound isn't healed, will get infected

@Hannah yes it is hard to know! I think i might be ready but not sure as still quite purple on the right side. It bent opened thought and it doesn't hurt or annoy even with my underwear anymore x
Mines 5 weeks and I just wash it with water (shower head / salt and water with cotton wool still. I've got some scar strips from Frida mom that I want to use but not sure when to start!
