Advise

Hi! So my BD and I broke up because he got to the point to put his hands around my neck and I ended up calling the police , he got arrested and now we have a non contact order between us. He hasn't seen our little boy since then , now he's Asking to see him but he's with his other baby mama, we ended up fighting because I didn't want her to babysit my little boy because in the past she let her daughter (my baby sister) hit my son in his head . Even if she doesn't do it on purpose, I believe she would have said something or corrected her daughter, showing her that that's not the appropriate thing to do to a newborn , instead she got mad because my baby daddy corrected her . I just don't feel she's going to take care of him like she should. He is also a premie, I'm wrong for this, overprotecting him ?
