Toddler vitamins - how many do you give?

A random question - I have these vitamin gummies I give my 3 year old. I only give her 1 a day - even though it says you can give 1/2 per day. Would you give 2 a day? I just worry with her being so small that giving 2 is for older children. But with all these winter bugs going around I’m wondering do I give 2 to help her immune system? Or maybe is just my anxious mum self 😩

I just looked them up and it looks like one softie only gives 50% of the RDA. I don’t use these as I got some Wellkid ones (the HV recommended getting a multivitamin that contains iron because our daughter is veggie), but they seem to have a higher RDA so it’s only one per day. I’ve been giving her Sambucol to help boost her immune system and she seems to have had fewer colds this winter!

@Lauren how do you know it’s only 50% RDA per gummy? I’ve searched NHS and it just says what vitamins they need I don’t see the amounts they need? If I can get better gummies I will

I recommend the sambucol liquid as well, we've made it with no sick days this far. We also use the brand Neolife (pricey) but it's wholefood supplements without all the synthetic agents found in alot of brands. We use the vitamin c (all c) and omega 3 (anti inflammatory). I've used these before and gave my almost 3 year old 2, morning&night along with my older 2!
