Our girl went off most food because of the mouth ulcers but would eat yoghurt, porrisge, grapes & watermelon. Xx
Vira soothe or poxclin are cooling and relieve itching, either of these will be useful. A throat spray from the pharmacy if any in mouth and struggling to eat and drink. Thereās nothing a GP can do really unless you have any specific concerns (it can get infected and if they stop eating and drinking etc)
Poxclin and two oat baths a day really helped our little boy and he wasnāt bothered by them. Whether that was because of this or he had a milder case, Iām not sure. He was covered and it lasted around 6-7 days until all spots were scabbed over x
Oh no dear little thing! We found oat baths or bicarb baths helped with the itching, calamine lotion. Nappy free time if the spots are in the groin. Keep up with painkillers and if they get them in the mouth or throat you can get a numbing spray from the Dr's. It lasted just over a week with our little one, the dr checked the spots and confirmed it was hfm then prescribed a numbing spray x
