Left Side Numbness
Hey Mamas!
Just wanted to ask if if even slight numbness is normal? 19 weeks and occasional numbness or tingling in left arm and leg is happening. Not too worried cause I heard it can happen but wanted to ask.

I get this too. It’s the way we’re sleeping, collapsing into the other side or not using a cushion to bear the weight. I get massages to open up chest and shoulders, then my hips and it helps.
I haven’t experienced this but I’d recommend messaging your midwife about it.
