Left Side Numbness

Hey Mamas! Just wanted to ask if if even slight numbness is normal? 19 weeks and occasional numbness or tingling in left arm and leg is happening. Not too worried cause I heard it can happen but wanted to ask. Anything helps! Thanks :)
