Seeking Friends within an hour of West Bend

I've been on this app for over a year and have had the hardest time meeting anyone. No one asks questions and it turns into me asking questions about them and nothing back which makes for super dry conversations. The few people I've asked about getting together are super flakey and don't want to meet IRL. It's super discouraging :( I went on this app to make friends but it doesn't feel like anyone else is as serious about it as me. I'm willing to drive up to an hour to meet a good friend. :(
