30 hours child care

Hi 👋 September 2023 Mummies! I’ve read conflicting information on when our babies will be entitled to 30 hours? Some articles I’ve read state they will be entitled upon turning 2. Otherwise articles state that 9 month olds will be eligible for 30 hours from September 2025? Anyone know which is correct? Thank you !
