Periods

Hi guys 👋 I have really irregular periods, my cycles can range anywhere from 41 to 109 days. Has anybody found anything to help regulate these (or improve) it’s a nightmare trying to find my ovulation days

My cycles were very long as well. I started working with a naturopath and a homeopath. Sometimes we underestimate how much impact little things can do for our body, hormonal imbalances can have so many root causes..anyway somethings that helped me and were recommended are: -increasing protein intake in every meal, Getting adequate protein in, consistently above a minimum of 100g per day can also assist with regulating testosterone and SHBG levels. Continuing to prioritise your protein intake will also assist with ovulation and progesterone production. -Take N-acetyl cysteine supplements -Prioritise sleep and take magnesium biglycinate supplements in the evening. -Track you BBT with a thermometer, it helped me so much specially in long cycles to know if at least there was late ovulation or no ovulation at all. I went from 70d cycle unsure if ovulation had taken place to 35d cycle with a clear indication or temperature rise during fertile window. -Move your body if possible.
