Salmon is pretty safe.

Cod / haddock / salmon. Get skinless and boneless but double check yourself too xx

Salmon cooked in maple syrup and soy sauce. 8 month old loved it

My son loved fish sticks then randomly developed an allergy at 2.5 years old. Luckily we were buying specifically cod fish sticks (rather than some sort of fish blend) so it was easier to identify the allergy!

Tuna from a tin with a bit of yoghurt on some toast 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can't recall if it was salmon or canned tuna first but he he had both of those fairly early. Since then he's had various other fish and enjoys it!

Salmon. Because she was still on one meal the poo was awful!

Salmon and Cod

My son tears up tuna and salmon

Thank you everyone I think I’m gonna go with salmon to start since that’s the most popular ❤️

Sardines! They’re extremely healthy. They’re the lowest fish in mercury and very high in omega 3s. I give them to my 8 month old maybe 3 times a week mixed with yogurt

Salmon
