My 2 year old has come out in these spots and wondering if they look like chicken pox’s they are only on her back and few on top of arm she’s had HFM before and doesn’t look like it’s that

@Amy I’ve put her in the bath and that’s when I noticed these ones the other ones on her shoulders aren’t like this x

@Emily Rose personally to me they do look like them check in any sweaty places so under her neck and under armpits
