Honey
I'm literally here seeking reassurance, I made bread and gave my LB some. I completely forgot I added 2 tablespoons of honey to the loaf. I'm just a bit worried about the fact he's had honey.

Mine had a honey roasted carrot as well.. I realised after! Apparently botulism is really rare x

Botulism is very rare so I wouldn't worry, especially since it was cooked into the bread and not like a spoonful of honey straight into the baby. There will be plenty of people who don't even know not to give under 1yo honey so don't stress. Accidents happen.
