Food poisoning

Hey guys I need advice! I am currently 18 weeks pregnant and I woke up this morning throwing up every 5 minutes and diarrhea. Side note it’s not morning sickness since I haven’t been sick in weeks and this feels way different from morning sickness. I think I may have food poisoning from some chicken I ate yesterday. I read that it is very risky for pregnant women to get food poisoning as it could result is miscarriage, still birth, newborn complications and more. So I just need to know did anyone else get food poisoning during pregnancy? How did that go? Should I go to the hospital? Did you turn out alright? Was the baby okay? I’m really worrying and I just need some advice. Please and thank you.
