@Chloe it's horrible isn't it? I'm struggling to do what I normally do and only climbed into bed last night and felt that I'd run a marathon!
I did at 9 weeks walking upstairs or picking my toddler up made me short of breath. I'm now 12 weeks and would say in last week its gone back to normal. Also didn't remember this from first pregnancy.
I’ve noticed I have to take really big breaths every now and then as well! Also don’t remember this with my first 🫠
I'm glad it isn't just me! I think it's the hormones.
Mee 🥲 I’m out of breath just lying in bed and I work an overly physical job aswell as having 2 horses so feel completely off guard by it
Meeee🙋🏼♀️ I'm an active person too so it's bizarre to now feel asthmatic just from walking stairs 😅..I do already have B-12 and iron deficiency prior to pregnancy though so maybe that's a lil low again
